I downloaded and installed the Call Manager app to my BlackBerry Bold 9780 device however it doesn't seem to be totalling the call or text units. The only feature that seems to be working is the data counter. Are there known compatibility issues with the 9780 or the OS6 software is general? Other than that, it seems a great app and it's going to so useful to me if this issue can be resolves.
To find out what could possibly be affecting Cell Manager, I would suggest using the "Troubleshoot Issues" menu item in the menu of the main screen of the Cell Manager Application. This menu item will analyze what is affecting Cell Manager and work you through a solution. If Cell Manager is not recording text messages that could be due to another application you've installed on your device that also monitors text messages interfering with Cell Managers ability to monitor text messages. You would have to find that application and uninstall it first.

Yes, Cell Manager works in the UK and does have a setting for Sterling currency. From the main window menu select “Services Setup” or select the star from the left side of the main screen and then select the “Settings” icon. Under the "Wireless Service Plan" page, change the value for "Currency" to the "Pound Sterling £" settings.

We've noticed issues with Data Monitoring and TELUS networks or any network using CDMA Technology. Unfortunately Data Monitoring will not work under the TELUS network. This is a network issues and cannot be resolved by Cell Manager.
For every call i pay first 0.15 and then the minutes, but some phones (3 phones) i only pay the 0.15 and talk all minuts free. how i can do this? and other question is that if i phone a 'Vodafone phones' then the minute costs xxx and if i phone other company the minute costs yyy, this is not posible yes?
Unfortunately Cell Manager does not account for fixed costs per calls or variable billing rates per network. However thank you for suggesting this feature as it will be considered for the next upgrade of Cell Manager.
Its showing my local calls as long distance, how do I fix that?
Cell Manager allows you to specify which phone numbers are local or long distance through its settings. From the main window menu select “Services Setup” or select the star from the left side of the main screen and then select the “Settings” icon. Select the "Local Area Codes / Contacts" page. Entering area codes or phone numbers in this screen marks all numbers with those area codes or the numbers themselves as local numbers. So local numbers won't show up as long distance but will subtract from your minutes used. Use the "Free Contacts" page to specify local numbers that do not subtract from your minutes used.

To change the billing date month simply go to the "Wireless Service Plan" screen. From the main window menu select “Services Setup” or select the star from the left side of the main screen and then select the “Settings” icon. Select the "Wireless Service Plan" option from the menu on this page. Inside the Wireless Services page change the value of the "Period Start: (day of month)" option to the day of month of your specific wireless plan.
